Yes, you can choose any item (except Guest Books, Framed Prints and Table Plans!) You can also specify your choice of design and typeface. If you would like a sample ‘Save the Date’ Magnet or Card, this can also include your wording free of charge.

How many of each item will I need to order?
It is usually best to order a few extras of each item just to ensure that you have enough. However, don’t worry if you run out nearer the time, I can always supply a few extras!

Is there a minimum order quantity on any of the items?
Yes, the minimum order for the Stationery items is 10. However, once you have already placed an order you can come back for any number of extras at any time – as all of the artwork is kept on file for you. Even if you only need 1 more!
How do I go about placing an order with you?
Explore the website and decide on a design which you would like to use throughout your Wedding Stationery. Decide which items you might like to order and prepare any wording that you would like on the items. Order a free sample to view an item for yourself. When you are ready, detailing your order and full postal address I can then provide a quote and email proofs back to you. When you are happy with the final artwork, email back to confirm and make your full payment. Once payment has cleared I will email you to say that I am starting your order. I will email again once the full order is posted so you will know which day to expect it (in the UK this is always before 1pm and requires a signature).
If I place an order for ‘Save the Date’ items, can you send me a matching Invitation as a sample?
Yes, all orders for ‘Save the Date’ items are posted with a free sample Invitation that is made up in the same design and colours to match.

What is the ‘£5 text setup fee’?
This is chargeable on items that require a longer time to set up with large amounts of text, such as Order of Service. Once the artwork is set up however, you will not need to pay this charge again when ordering any extras that you might require. The text setup fee is always £5 and is indicated on the Price List where applicable.
How should I supply text for our Stationery?
I require that text be sent as part of an email or in the form of a Word Document where possible. You can either email this across to me or otherwise post it as files on a CD. If you are not able to get the text across digitally, you can post it as a neatly handwritten document for an extra charge, please to discuss this.
Will I see a proof before the full order goes ahead?
Yes, always. I will email the proof across (or I can post you an exact copy, please ask). I require written or typed confirmation that you are happy with the artwork before I am able to go ahead with the full order for you. Unfortunately, I cannot alter artwork once it has been signed off in this way, so it’s important that it is checked very carefully!
Do I have to order all items of Stationery at the same time?
No, most couples order the ‘Save the Date’ items in 1 package first. After this they order Day and Evening Invitations in a package together. Followed by other items for the Wedding Day itself, such as Order of Service, Placecards and Favours etc. Thank You Cards can then be ordered at a later date. It is personal preference really; as some couples like to be very organised well in advance and others prefer to leave it a little later. You can save money on postage if you order items together – so this is another consideration.
How should I pay for the order?
I can accept a Personal Cheque or Bank Transfer and the full payment is required as soon as artwork is signed off. The order will not be made up until payment clears, at this point you will be notified and you will receive another email once your order is posted. Please note that if you are collecting your order as you live nearby, it may also be possible to pay on collection with cash.
What is your refund policy?
Your order can be cancelled before artwork is signed off and this will be at no cost. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once artwork is signed off and payment has been made. However, if you alter your numbers on any items (such as you ordered 80 Order of Service and suddenly realise you now only need 70) I can refund the difference – as long as original full payment has cleared and the order has not yet been started.
Once I order my stationery, how long will it be before it arrives?
Please allow plenty of time when placing orders. The time spent is mostly at the artwork stage where it is emailed back and fourth until it is just right. Once it has been signed off as correct, the full payment should be made. At that point please allow a few days for the funds to clear. Once cleared, your Stationery will be posted to you (using Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day service) within 2 weeks.
What if I need the Stationery quickly?
Urgent orders may well be accommodated. I will try to meet any deadlines for you, please ASAP and I will let you know if it will be possible.
When should I order my Table Plan?
Table Plans should be ordered around 2-3 weeks before the Wedding Day – this is to allow for any last minute changes to the guest names. However, I would ask that you supply information as to the style, images, layout, number of tables, orientation, size required etc well in advance – this way I can have all the artwork ready and it is just a matter of adding or altering names 2-3 weeks before. Please allow an extra week if you require a Table Plan mounted on Foamboard or Card as this process takes longer. I regret that I am unable to alter any names etc on the Table Plan once the artwork has been approved and gone to print.
Which postal service do you use within the UK, do I need to sign for delivery?
All samples are posted 1st class and all Wedding Stationery orders are sent Special Delivery (this service is guaranteed next working day before 1pm). You will need to sign on delivery - if no one there to do so, they will leave a 'while you were out' card.
How much will postage cost?
Postage and packing via Special Delivery within the UK varies according to weight. It is anything between £4 and £18. You may want to consider ordering several items together to keep costs down.
How about posting outside the UK, is this possible?
Yes, this should be no problem. Postage outside the UK varies, please for a quote however, all Sample Packs outside the UK are free of charge).
I live near the Bristol area; can I collect my Stationery to save on postage?
Yes, please and I will let you know where to come for collection of your order – please note that it may also be possible to arrange cash on collection.
I want to supply my own photograph for use on my Wedding Stationery, is this possible?
Yes, this is no problem. Please note that I cannot use any image where copyright may be an issue (such as a Flower photograph from another Designer etc). If you would like to have an image of your venue on the Stationery, for example, please supply written/emailed confirmation that you have permission. Photographs that you have taken yourself should be fine, please email them over and I will let you know.
How do I supply an image for you to use, how big should it be?
You can email an image across or otherwise post it to me on CD – it should be as high a resolution as possible to retain quality. You can also supply a photo etc in the post, which can be scanned and added to the Stationery, this is at an extra charge. Please for details – I can post the image back to you with your order, but please keep a copy as I cannot accept responsibility should it get lost in the post etc.
I have the perfect image that I want you to add to my Stationery, unfortunately the background spoils it. Can you enhance it; maybe make the background clean and white?
Yes, this is no problem. If it is a small alteration I can do this free of charge for you. However, if it requires a lot more time there may be an additional charge, which I can quote you for, please to discuss the possibilities and include the image for me to view.
I already know the exact colour I would like and your Pink Rose design is not quite the same shade, can you alter it to match?
I understand that it is important to get just the right colour to match with the theme for your Wedding as a whole. Therefore, I can match any colour samples you might have (even if it is a ribbon, magazine page, paint chart colour etc). Just post it across to me. Any of my designs can be altered in terms of colour. Please be aware that colours on screen vary slightly when compared to printed versions due to individual monitor settings. Printing ink also varies slightly from time to time so items may appear slightly different in shade.
Can I choose my own colour and style for the font on the Stationery?
Yes, I offer a selection of fonts for you to choose from but this is only really as a guide to the most popular. If you know of an alternative typeface, which you would like to use, I will most likely be able to find it for you. You can also choose any colour for your text, for examples see font colours – in addition, the wording can be colour-matched with your choice of image.
I like the style of the ‘Save the Date’ Postcards; can I order my Invitations using this shape of Card?
As a rule you can order any item in any style of card that you see on my website – please with your ideas and I will see what I can do.
I like the ribbons used on your Order of Service / Order of the Day. Can I have a ribbon on other items of stationery such as Menus and is there any choice with colours etc?
Yes, you can request a ribbon or thread on other items, just with your ideas. I stock a variety of popular ribbons or can order something special in for you. In addition, you can purchase Order of Service / Order of the Day for a slightly reduced price and add your own ribbon etc.
I love the ‘Save the Date’ Magnets; can I order these as Invitations, or for another event, such as Wedding Anniversary Celebration or Christening?
Yes, the Magnets are a popular idea for any special occasion where you would like the date to be kept free. Some of my customers have ordered the Magnets as Wedding Invitations, however, please be aware the space on the Magnets is limited and cannot accommodate a large amount of wording. You may also have difficulties if you are looking to include inserts etc due to the smaller size of these items! Please with your ideas and I will let you know if it is possible.
Some items such as your Wedding Invitations have a paper inlay, what is the difference between this and the standard ones?
The paper inlay just gives them that little extra where the wording is not printed directly onto the card. Most customers find that they are very happy with the items that are printed directly – the inlays just provide an alternative at a higher cost.
Can you print guest names on items such as Placecards, Invitations and Menus?
Yes, please provide a typed list of names either as part of an email or in a Word document. There is an extra charge for this service.
Can I order Invitations that are blank inside for us to write our own text?
Yes, this is no problem. Please to discuss – these are at a reduced price and would not include the usual £5 text setup fee.
Can I change the wording on the front of the Wedding Invitations; I would like it to say ‘Evening Invitation’ or maybe our names?
Of course! Just let me know what you would like. Usually the Day Invitations say ‘Wedding Invitation’ and the Evening version say ‘Evening Invitation’.
What materials are your Magnets made from?
They are a beautiful quality white acrylic, which is highly polished and reflective. They contain two magnetic strips on the reverse.
